1. Voluntary Returns Policy<\/p>\n\n
We offer our customers a voluntary 14-day returns policy from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n\n
Within this period, you may return the goods to us without providing a reason, provided the following conditions are met.<\/p>\n\n

The goods must be:<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 unused and undamaged<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 in their original condition<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 returned complete (incl. accessories and packaging)<\/p>\n\n
For hygiene reasons, certain products are excluded from the right of return (e.g., worn clothing, personalized items), if explicitly stated in the product offer.<\/p>\n\n

3. Return Shipping Costs<\/p>\n\n
The customer bears the costs for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n

4. Refund<\/p>\n\n
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed:<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 via the original payment method<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 within 7\u201310 business days<\/p>\n\n
Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.<\/p>\n\n
