1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (TCs) apply to all orders placed via the DEA BAMBINI online shop.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

The prices stated at the time of the order apply.

Any shipping costs will be shown separately in the order process.

Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery times:

Individual products may have an extended delivery time of up to 14 days if they are shipped directly from partner warehouses.

In this case, we will inform you in good time.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply.

Please check the goods immediately after receipt and report any obvious defects promptly.

We are only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the company.

Should a provision of these T be wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
