1. Voluntary Returns Policy
We offer our customers a voluntary 14-day returns policy from the date of receipt of the goods.
Within this period, you may return the goods to us without providing a reason, provided the following conditions are met.

The goods must be:
• unused and undamaged
• in their original condition
• returned complete (incl. accessories and packaging)
For hygiene reasons, certain products are excluded from the right of return (e.g., worn clothing, personalized items), if explicitly stated in the product offer.

The customer bears the costs for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed:
• via the original payment method
• within 7–10 business days
Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods. In this case, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
